Hoops is developed by Blacknosaur Labs. This policy explains how the Hoops iPhone and Apple Watch apps handle information.

Data collection

Hoops does not require an account and does not collect personal information, analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, or health data. Game data and player names you enter are stored locally and synced through your private Apple iCloud account across your devices. When available, live game data is also transferred directly between your paired iPhone and Apple Watch. Blacknosaur Labs cannot access your iCloud game or player data.

Purchases

Lifetime Pro purchases are processed by Apple. We receive purchase entitlement information from Apple so the app can unlock Pro features, but we do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Sharing and tracking

We do not sell personal information, show third-party advertising, or track you across apps and websites. Hoops does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Data retention and deletion

Your game data remains on your devices and in your private iCloud account until you delete it. Because we do not operate user accounts or collect this data on our servers, we cannot retrieve it for you.

Children

Hoops does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
